- Classes with PJ Reiki I Class and Attunement April 26, May 10, Jun 14, Sept 6,
Oct 4--- Saturday,
10 AM to 2PM Taught by PJ In this Reiki I class you will receive information regarding the history of Reiki and the universal healing energy. You will learn the hand positions and review information on the twenty-one day cleanse and Reiki principles for living. PJ is a Reiki Master, who can trace her lineage directly to Dr. Usui, the man who learned to channel this energy and taught others to channel, as well. The class includes a manual of the classroom presentation, an individual attunement and hands-on practice of the healing modality. Feb 28, Aug 9, Nov 15--- Saturday,10 AM to 2 PM Taught by PJ In the Second Degree class, you will learn the proper use of the Reiki symbols. This will dramatically increase your ability to channel Reiki. The Reiki II attunement will multiply the Reiki energy ten times as much as the First Degree. You will be able to give a complete session in less time because you are moving more energy. In this class, you will receive a manual, learn the three symbols, receive another attunement and receive hands-on practice. One of the side benefits of the attunements is an increased enhancement of our psychic senses. We are often able to see more with our third eye and hear more with our psychic hearing. Students who complete the four hour class will receive a certificate for Reiki II. Note: and the hands-on portion of the class. There is a refrigerator, in case your food item needs to be kept cold. This attunement multiplies the energy you channel ten times as much as the Second Degree. You are also taught the Master Symbols in this level. The
Emotional Freedom Technique is an amazingly simple healing modality that makes
use of the body's meridian system to clear attitudes, guilt and other baggage
that may be holding you back from joy, success and a general sense of well
being. This technique is very easy to learn and can be used in many
situations to banish fear, worry, and pain. The class includes a small
booklet, a bibliography for more information and hands on practice. You
can use EFT on yourself or conduct surrogate healings on children, other people
and pets! June

Self-hypnosis is a powerful tool that can be used to affect shifts in behavior, attitudes and major life changes. This class will touch on techniques and provide a basic outline for creating self-hypnosis recordings for personal change. The elements for a basic script will be provided as well as guidelines for adapting and adding information for personal transformation.
