How do I set up a session?

Just call or e-mail us and have your calendar available to select a convenient time for you.
For most hypnosis sessions, plan on 1 to 1 ½ hours. For Past Life Regression sessions,
plan on 2 hours and for Life Between Lives sessions, plan on 3 to 4 hours. For complete

Will I remember my session?

Yes. You are aware of everything in the session. If you are using hypnosis to change a habit
or modify a personality pattern, you will receive a tape or CD of your experience which you
can replay to reinforce the work we did in your session.

For Past Life Regression work and Life Between Lives journeys, the session is also
recorded so that you don't have to think about remembering all of the details of your
journey. You may then replay the tape or CD to reinforce the lessons learned. Many clients
report that they learn new information each time they listen to the recording.

How do I prepare for my Past Life or Life Between Lives session?

We suggest that you bring a list of questions that you would like to ask your higher self and
Spirit Guides. This is a tremendous opportunity to receive insight and guidance. A few
questions will provide the stimulus for even more information. However, the session itself
will reveal information you are not consciously aware of, so do not worry if you do not have
many questions or concerns.

Will the information from my session be kept confidential?

Yes, PJ is also a ordained minister in the Universal Life Church. This means that that she
can maintain confidentially and that everything that transpires within your session is
confidential and can not be shared with anyone without your written consent.

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in the middle of the Metroplex in Las Colinas area of Irving.
See the map below for information. Our building is 320 Decker Drive , just off of
Wingren and Hwy 114. There is no Wingren exit from Hwy 114. From Dallas, take the
Rochelle exit and stay on the access road until you reach Wingren. Turn left and go
over the freeway and travel until you see Decker. Turn left on Decker. Turn right into
the parking lot when you see our sign: 320 Decker Drive --Las Colinas Executive Suites.
From Ft. Worth or from DFW Airport, take the O'Connor exit and stay on the access road
until you reach Wingren. Turn right at Wingren and then left on Decker. Turn into the
second entrance and you will see Visitor Parking. During the day, there is a receptionist
to greet you. After hours and on Saturday, please call me when you arrive and I will
meet you at the door, as our building is locked after 5 and all day Saturday and Sunday.
